At Croyez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
